Fall/Winter Seasonal - Wildflower honey fermented with orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg & clove. Dry.



Honeywine fermented with orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Wonderful citrus nose. Many liken the taste of our orange spice to a spiced sake. Great as a hot wassail or summer cocktail.



Hot wassail recipe:



In a saucepan or percolator mix the following:



1 bottle of Orange Spice Mead



3 cups of cranberry juice



2 cups of orange juice



1/3 cup of brown sugar



3-4 tbsp. honey



Warm gently. Additional spices such as whole cinnamon sticks, cloves, nutmeg may be added. Wassail!
