Our Batch #7 is made from star thistle honey foraged in Southeastern Washington. #7 features a sweet floral nose, creamy body with notes of hazelnut and a crisp refreshing finish.



Our Dry meads have less than 0.5% residual sugar. Without the sweet mask of unfermented honey sugars, the core aromas are released, adding an intense floral and earthy experience to the otherwise light bodied wine. Every mead we produce is unique to time and place, honoring the nectar and region that each honey embodies. The results are the hard work of our talented meadmaker, millions of diligent bees, and caring beekeepers.
