Ken Bonnin Jr. and Nathan Mattis, the respective individuals behind Hi-Wheel Wine & Mead Co. and Fringe Meadery, have just opened a shared production facility and 10-tap, 15-seat tasting room (a seating capacity that doubles when the patio’s open) in the same building as Jaime Soltero Jr.’s Tamale Boy.
